Hello everyone! Mr. Hand would like to let you all know that starting in January 2012 we are taking a break from performing. We have no definite plans for how long or how short this break will be. Only that after 16 years of playing without any extended breaks, we sure could use it, and need a nice break.

We’re a little behind getting this show report posted. After last week learning about the passing of a friend it was hard to think of much else.
So we spent last weekend in Norfolk, NE with a show at The Depot on Friday night and then at the Off Road Ranch on Saturday afternoon. Friday at The Depot was another rock and roll party. We were able to debut some new covers on our setlist and also share the stage with some old friends of ours, Street Legal. As is usually the case, there were plenty of familiar faces at the show.

Rockin at the Ranch! The Off Road Ranch in Norfolk, NE is hosting a day of rock that includes us, Street Legal, Battery (Metallica tribute band), and Hells Bells (AC/DC tribute band) on September 19th.
We’ll be opening the show at 4:00pm. This show replaces our previously scheduled Saturday night show at The Depot. Come celebrate a great day of rock in Norfolk!

Why do we love to play at The Depot in Norfolk, NE? The crowd never disappoints!
We had a great time this past weekend rockin the Depot. It was a little hot and sweaty both nights but the cold drinks took care of that. Thanks to everyone who made it out (even the person who was responsible for the silly string!), we appreciate you spending part of your weekend with us.
We won’t be back to the Depot until the fall, but we will be in Norfolk next Saturday, 6/27 for Divots Summer Outdoor Concert Series where we’ll be kicking off the day of rock and roll at 3pm. It’s gonna be a great day as we’ll share the stage with Heart, Eddie Money, Ivory Star and the Scott Schram Band. Get your tickets and we’ll see you there!

Another wild weekend at The Depot in Norfolk, NE is complete. In fact it was so crazy it took me until today to fully recover get this website updated! We had great crowds both nights and plenty of pictures to share.
Thanks to everyone who came out, especially some close friends that made the trip. In fact one friend traveled from North Carolina! It was great to see you Angie!
We have 2 weekends off and then we’ll be making a return trip to Norfolk for a weekend at the Phoenix Room on May 8 & 9. This will be our first time playing there, so we hope you can all come and join us!

The Mr. Hand rock and roll express stopped in for Mardi Gras at the Depot in Norfolk last weekend. With all the beads and beers flying, it should have been called Party Gras! Thanks to everyone who came out – it was a great time.
This coming Saturday we’ll be at the Roadhouse in West Point, NE for their Beach Bash. Come on out and beat the winter blues!

Happy New Year!
2008 came to a close and we rang in 2009 with our friends and family at the Depot in Norfolk, NE. We couldn’t think of a better place to be to celebrate the beginning of a new year. The crew at the Depot threw another epic party and as always it was great to be a part of it. Thanks to everyone who made it out and partied with us.
Let’s carry the energy forward and have a great 2009!

It’s no secret that we always have a great time at Rhonda’s Speakeasy. This past weekend was no different! There were some friends and family in the crowd which was great. Plus, Rhonda had cooked up some Christmas spirit which put everyone in a festive mood!
We have the next 2 weekends off to celebrate the holidays, but we’ll be back on New Year’s Eve to rock the house at the Depot in Norfolk, NE and kick off 2009 in style!

We barely survived another weekend at the Depot in Norfolk, NE. The shots were flowing freely and of course we just can’t say no! We had good turnouts both nights and it’s because of everyone that made it out that we had such a great time.
Of course, the gang at the Depot were great as usual (Brad, Amanda, Perry, Kelly, Molly). In fact you can check out more pictures on their myspace page. We can’t wait to come back on New Year’s Eve. What a crazy night that will be!

The haze has finally lifted from our weekend at the Depot in Norfolk, NE. As is usually the case, everybody seemed to be on a mission to get us drunk! And of course we lost that battle. (Not that we put up much of a fight.)
Aside from the drinks, it was great couple of nights at the Depot with a fantastic turnout that we truly appreciate. So what do you say we do it again next month (Nov. 14 & 15)? Deal. We’ll see ya there!
